Flavour Fusion Crew etkinliği, Rixos
Sungate'in lezzet dünyasının öncüsü
olan Recep Yüksel önderliğinde
Bloom Restoran'da gerçekleşecek.
Lille'deki Pureté restoranının başında
bulunan Gérald Guille; Fransız
gastronomisinde parlayan bir yıldız
olarak tanınan Alexandre Miquel ve
Le Cerisier'de mevsimsel mutfaklar
hazırlayan Mathieu Boutroy bu
etkinliğin yıldızlı şefleri olacak.
Flavour Fusion Crew will be taking
place across three evenings in July
and August at Executive Chef
Recep Yüksel of Rixos Sungate’s
Bloom Restaurant. Gérald Guille,
head of the Pureté restaurant in
Lille; Alexandre Miquel, known as a
shining star in French gastronomy,
and Mathieu Boutroy, who prepares
seasonal cuisines at Le Cerisier, will
be the star chefs of this event.
